Programs:
Cindy Loison and Amy Lourenco are actively working on the 2003 program to line up speakers and sponsors. Cindy also provided the board with an update on sponsors for upcoming 2002 meetings:

Diversity Report:
Diedre Ianelli’s presented the board with a Diversity Profile containing a detailed analysis of the Dulles SHRM demographics.
Workforce Education:
The board approved the proposal by Karen Stacy and Don Nagley to support the Workforce Project. A majority of the board members expressed an interest in volunteering their time for this project. This effort will also help Dulles SHRM earn points toward the Pinnacle Award. Don will talk to Keith Green to find out if volunteers who participant in this project will qualify for recertification credits.

Old Business:
A co-chairperson is still needed for the newly formed HR Career Development SIG. Anyone interested in serving as a co-chairperson with Bernadette Gebhardt should contact Nancy Streeter.
New Business:
Greater Washington HR Awards Gala: There was no interest by the board to purchase tickets and obtain a table for Dulles SHRM.
