• Fund raising project for SHRM Foundation - Chapter 50/50 Raffle - Donated $625 for 2001
• Certification study course - Fall 2001
• Two scholarships awarded in First Annual Dulles SHRM Scholarship Program
• Dulles SHRM website upgrade
• Bimonthly legislative updates
• National SHRM speaker
• Monthly chapter study groups to facilitate sharing of best practices
• Embry Rucker Homeless Shelter service project
• Joint meeting with Leesburg

Goals for 2002 - New and continuing programs and projects:

• Appointment of new Board positions - Diversity Director, Certification Representative, Workforce Education Director
• Diversity speaker
• Joint meeting with Leesburg
• National SHRM speaker
• Project in the area of Workforce Education
• Continue to grow membership
• Invoice no-shows who register for monthly meetings
• Provide dues relief for unemployed members
• Second Annual Dulles SHRM Scholarship Program
• Fund raising project for SHRM Foundation - Chapter 50/50 Raffle
• Alternatives for certification study course
• Dulles SHRM website enhancements
• Monthly study groups
• Embry Rucker Homeless Shelter service project
• Group carpool or train to SHRM National Conference in Philadelphia
