The Essentials of Diversity and Inclusion Management
Presented
by Vonya P. Alleyne
We will have an interactive discussion regarding Diversity and Inclusion Management. In today’s society, it is critical that employers embrace Diversity and Inclusion practices that represent the changing demographics of the communities in which customers work and/or live, the workplace culture in which our employees work and the business practices that are in place for partnerships. During this session we will:
- Explain the similarities and differences between Diversity and Inclusion and the role both play in an organization’s long-term success.
- Understand the importance of defining an organization’s diversity and inclusion brand for internal and external customers.
- Discuss the relevance of partnering with groups that are aligned with an organization’s Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
- Explore ways to incorporate Social Media into an organization’s Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
HR professionals will take away easily executable strategies on how to drive business results by fostering inclusion and growing the diversity of employees, customers, vendors and communities.
