I already have my PHR/SPHR. I didn't know that I have to recertify!
One of the important aspects of certification is that folks who pass the certification test have to re-certify every 3 years. This can be accomplished by re-testing (groan!) or by demonstrating that you have met the requirements of 60 recertification hours over a 3-year period. Taking advantage of educational opportunities can contribute to some or all of these 60 hours.
SHRM is proud to announce "online delivery" of SHRM’s "best" concurrent sessions from several recent conferences. Now you can experience SHRM education in the privacy of your own home or office. These presentations have been adapted to an online environment, featuring audio, power point presentations and a five to eight question postsession quiz that will enable you to earn recertification credit from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
