These Centers are funded by the Federal Government and serve as one-stop sources for all workforce needs for businesses and job seekers. Job seekers gain marketable skills and valuable training, access to employer networks and job search tools, and JOBS.
Dulles SHRM members may participate by certifying One-Stops in Loudoun, Fairfax, and Prince William counties and the cities of Fairfax, Falls Church, Manassas, and Manassas Park. Training will be provided to our members on the quality standards used in the certification processes that are based on Malcolm Baldridge Award criteria. Training will require one-half day and each certification will require two hours of your time. Kickoff is scheduled for September. Stay tuned for more information on how you can participate!
